There’s a version of you the world hasn’t met yet.
Not because she isn’t ready. Not because she isn’t gifted. But because you’ve been shrinking.
Shrinking to be digestible. Shrinking to avoid being “too much.” Shrinking to not outshine. Shrinking so you don’t risk being seen and misunderstood.
I know this because I’ve done it too.
I’ve softened my voice in rooms I prayed to be in. I’ve waited too long to hit publish. I’ve over-edited captions that already worked. All because I was playing it safe(even though I never would have admitted it)
But I’ve learned that safety doesn’t grow you. Shrinking doesn’t serve your purpose. And my brilliance was never meant to be hidden. Neither was yours.
Here’s what happens when you stop shrinking:
You speak with clarity because you’re no longer performing
You attract the right people because you finally let them see the real you
You open doors simply by standing tall in what you carry
You give other women permission to do the same
There is nothing noble about hiding. There is nothing godly about diminishing the light God placed inside you.
You can be bold and soft. Visible and humble. Strong and surrendered.
And you are more than ready to be seen.
So this is me, sending you the reminder I wish someone gave me earlier in my journey:
✨ You’re not too much.
✨ You’re not unqualified.
✨ You don’t need to wait for permission.
You’re brilliant. You’re becoming. And it’s time to stop shrinking.
With love and full belief in your calling,
Paula
P.S. My book That Internet Thing You’re Doing was written for this version of you—the one who’s ready to be visible, valuable, and vocal in your brand and calling. Get yours here. Let’s walk this out together.
